General Rules

uo99 ("we", "our", "platform") is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. The following Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services, games, promotions, and features on the uo99 platform.

Age Limit & Eligibility

uo99 is a responsible gaming platform. We strictly discourage participation by minors.

3.1 Eligibility Conditions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at uo99 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each account will receive the welcome bonus once only.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• uo99 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — full details will be stated in the terms of each bonus.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts may result in all accounts being cancelled.

Deposits & Withdrawals

uo99 supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh for safe and fast transactions.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

uo99 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for example, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). Transactions via any other method are not supported.

5.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (for each method).
• There is no processing fee for deposits — however, your payment provider's own charges may apply.
• Deposited funds will only be accepted from registered payment methods.

5.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal Time: Processing is generally completed within 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the related wagering requirements have been met.

Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game itself.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error or disconnection, uo99 will make a decision in accordance with the rules of the applicable game provider.
• All game outcomes are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Software manipulation or use of automated tools during gameplay is prohibited.

6.2 Sports Betting

uo99's sports betting section offers markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed. If any event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

6.3 Fair Play Policy

uo99 ensures a fair and equal environment for all players. Our system monitors suspicious betting patterns. If evidence of cheating or misuse of the game system is found, the account will be cancelled and winnings may be forfeited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uo99 platform. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and funds may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Using multiple accounts or methods with the intent to abuse bonuses ("bonus hunting").
• Attempting to hack or manipulate game software.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Betting with third-party funds or operating an account on someone else's behalf.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security or harm other users.
• Conducting fraudulent payment transactions.

Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 uo99's Rights

uo99 reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time without stating a reason. This action will be taken in particular in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
• If identity verification has not been completed.
• Extended period of inactivity.
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

8.2 User Rights

You may request the closure of your account at any time. In such cases, any eligible funds remaining in the balance will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal rules under Section 5 of the Terms.
